Job Description:

• Help maintain and build reputation of the organization
• Produce, sub-edit and distribute updates
• Draft, edit and distribute materials for publication and circulation
• Oversee the design, creation and distribution of all promotional material
• Ensure coordination between internal departments and assist in the implementation of the organization's activities
• Develop, manage, update and write content for website
• Maintain social media accounts
• Support the implementation of a social media strategy
• Help market and communicate events
• Provide creative, editorial and operational support for communications projects
• Compile and circulate electronic news summaries and reports
• General admin duties as required
• Plan/create multi-media communications materials
• Maintain database of reports, program information and other material

Required: Excellent communication and organization skills, knowledge of administrative processes, report writing and experience with social media management .

Title: Manager Programs

Job Description:

• Ensure the implementation of all activities related to the program as well as the organization's objectives
• Achieve working goals by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Provide support to project teams where required
• Collaborate with target communities in executing the programs with due regard to local cultures
• Communicate and cooperate with government bodies and structures where necessary to achieve goals and results
• Oversee district management and field staff
• Manage the field team and ensure smooth operation and consistent and effective communication between the head office and the staff stationed in the target communities
• Supervise all activities in the field, including program activities, community mobilization, data collection and reporting
• Create and manage working plans for field staff
• Conduct regular visitations to field offices to oversee implementation of the program objectives and as needed
• Train and hire field staff as needed or required

Requirements:


• Knowledge of regional languages
• Experience with program management and field activity
• Strong administrative and organizational skills and leadership qualities
• Willingness to travel to field locations
